How we protect your data

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Protocol data

Incorporation of YouTube videos

We have incorporated YouTube videos into our online offering which are stored on http://www.youtube.com and can be played directly from our website.

Certain personal data such as IP, date and URL of the embedding website are transmitted to youtube.  This is done irrespective of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are signed in to, or whether no user account exists.

Active Campaign

Active Campaign is a third-party data processor and is used to manage our newsletter subscriptions and marketing campaigns. Personal Data that you enter during newsletter subscription or while placing an order in our store such as name and email, but not your payment information such as credit card numbers are stored on Active campaign servers, and are subject to the privacy policy of Active Campaign.

If you subscribed to our newsletter your name and email address will remain within Active Campaign’s database until you specifically request removal from the list by using the unsubscribe function.

Active campaign also collects data on which newsletters are opened and what links in emails are clicked and stores this data in your contact profile. This is so we can better understand your interests and can sent you newsletters that are more likely to be of interest to you.

Elopage

We offer digital products such as tickets, online courses, digital products and downloadable products through our website. For this we use the service elopage. As soon as you click on one of our product buttons or use the embedded order forms, you will either leave our website and be redirected to our individual elopage sales page or interact with elopage servers through our website. elopage is a service of: elopay GmbH, Joachimsthaler Straße 21, 10719 Berlin All functions on the sales side as well as the entire downstream sales transaction are carried out via elopage.
